Return & Exchange Policy
At House of Padmira silk every saree is thoughtfully woven and carefully curated to celebrate the beauty of handcrafted textiles. From pure banarasi silk ,mashru,tissue ,organza ,katan , each piece carries the character of artisan craftsmanship.
We hope you love your purchase the moment it reaches you. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

Eligibility for Exchange / Store Credit
We accept exchange requests for eligible products if:
-The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
-The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
-The product is not purchased under sale, exhibition, or limited edition categories

Once approved, the order will be eligible for:
-Exchange, or
-Store Credit will be issued within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases on House of Padmira silk .The credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds, except in cases of incorrect product shipment or damaged items received during transit.
Only one exchange or return request per order will be accepted.
Exchange orders will be delivered within 10 to 12  working days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
-Limited Edition collections
-Sale or discounted products
-Products purchased during exhibitions or pop-ups
-International orders
-Customized or altered sarees (fall-pico, blouse stitching, etc., if applicable)

Reverse Pickup
Once your exchange request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by us wherever service is available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel.

Handloom Disclaimer
Every saree is handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques. Minor irregularities in weave, texture, motifs, or color are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handloom craftsmanship.
Actual product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and screen settings.
