Minor variations in fabric, weave, texture, or color
Delay in delivery
Any other personal reason
Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

2. Fabric & Handmade Product Disclaimer
Handwoven or handcrafted textile products may naturally contain slight irregularities or variations in weave, texture, color, or finish
Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and photography lighting
Such variations are not considered defects

3. Refund Policy (Only Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:

✅ Duplicate Transaction

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error or technical issue:
The duplicate transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

No other refund requests will be accepted.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

Minor handmade or fabric variations
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners
Product misuse
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
