At House of Padmira silk each piece is carefully curated and handled with the utmost attention before it reaches you.
We hope your selection feels just right—but if it doesn’t, we’re here to assist you with care.
Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
The request is raised within 2 days of delivery
The saree is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All tags, packaging, and accompanying materials are intact
To initiate a return, please write to us at:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit
The credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
It can be used across any product on our website.
This allows you the flexibility to choose a piece that feels truly right for you.
Please Note
Subtle variations in color, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted / handloomed textiles and are not considered defects
Returns may not be accepted for items that show any signs of use or handling beyond initial inspection.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
Once processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with images or a video.
We will ensure the matter is resolved promptly.

Each saree is part of a thoughtfully curation of pure banarasi silk, mashru silk , tissue, kora oragnaza, collection, often available in limited quantities.
Our policies are designed to honour the integrity of these pieces while ensuring a seamless experience for you.
